Ordering & delivery

- The model range
- The part number code
- The fabric range, description, and code
- The quantity — how many items
- The delivery address
- The delivery date
- The total cost — either from our price list or from a proposal.
Yes. We will not place the sales order with our manufacturer partner in the Czech Republic until your order has been confirmed. Please note that the sales order constitutes a contract to supply and is made with LD Seating Ltd under Scottish law. It’s important that you check every order and contact us within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies.
Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you want to change the model, code, fabric, quantity, delivery address, or delivery date. Please attach a revised purchase order. We’ll then issue a new sales order for you. Please be aware that the original delivery date and pricing may be affected.
LD Seating Ltd’s standard payment terms are 30 days. We will notify you of your credit limit before accepting your order. Please note that should the order exceed your credit limit, we may ask for payment in advance.
Our standard times are generally between four and six weeks from receipt of an order, but can be subject to change. If you need delivery sooner, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. Please note that the lead time for soft seating products may be affected by your choice of upholstery fabrics or leathers.
There is a minimum five-week lead time on all products manufactured using non-stock fabrics and colours. Please note that stock and non-stock fabrics in the same range may appear in different price and lead-time bands.
No. We do not keep patterns on file for every product/fabric combination, and some may not be possible for technical reasons. If you select a non-stock fabric, we will have to buy extra material from the manufacturer to check whether it can be used on your chosen product before going ahead with your order.
If your order totals more than 10 cartons, the delivery cost is included in our standard pricing. For less than 10 cartons, we charge:
– £150 for UK deliveries
– €150 for Republic of Ireland deliveries
Yes, but as our deliveries run to a fixed weekly schedule there will be an additional charge. Please let us know when ordering if you do need a specific day, time, or delivery outside normal working hours.
If you’re ordering large pieces, such as sofas, we ask that you let us know about access at your delivery address. Our logistics partner’s trucks can only offer tailgate delivery, so it’s essential we’re made aware of any site restrictions in good time.
No. We make every effort to ensure colours are consistent, but we can’t guarantee an exact match on wood or metal finishes or against fabric variations. Please bear this in mind when placing repeat orders.
